What is Resilience-Building Leadership?

Collective resilience is a social phenomenon that exists in any organization where people rely on each other to accomplish difficult and challenging tasks together. Collective resilience is the ability to overcome challenges as a team. More importantly, it is the ability to adapt and grow because of those challenges. Resilient teams are stronger together and they make organizational learning and change possible.

What is RBLP? 

Resilience-Building Leader Program is the credentialing body for the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional™ (RBLP™) series of leadership certifications. Accessible Leader offers training for the Resilience-Building Leader Program certification exams as an Authorized Training Partner.

 

Accessible Leader offers virtual and in-person exam preparation training for all three RBLP certifications levels. We can work with your team to fulfill individual or group trainings as an authorized training partner of RBLP. We do hold DUNS and Cage numbers if you are using government funding. We also offer financing.
